Oregon Indoor League

Rhino Indoor Leagues feature fast paced FUN! Our Indoor Leagues are designed to provide players a fun and fast outlet to play 5v5 lacrosse during the offseason. Our youth leagues offer a mix of instruction and game play where as the middle school and high school leagues are game play only. Games are played once a week and Rhino staff forms teams. Rhino coaches are present at each game managing and coaching the teams as well as keeping the games safe as officials on the field. Registration is first come first serve; there is a fixed amount of roster spots available and once a league reaches capacity players will be assigned to a waiting list. Be sure to register early to secure your spot!

“Indoor lacrosse is a great tool for all players to improve. The tighter confines of box lacrosse instantly creates more touches of the ball, it requires quicker decision-making and this style game builds supreme stick skills. My years of playing in the National Lacrosse League were critical to my overall ability to play the game.” – Ryan Powell

HOW THE INDOOR LEAGUE WORKS

Players will be assigned to teams and will receive their team schedule and roster prior to the start of the league. Players will also be allowed to request a friend/teammate to be on their team for carpooling purposes. This is done within the registration system and while we do our best to honor requests, we cannot please everyone. Teams are selected with competitive equality as the first priority. Please note that long poles will not be allowed in the league. Defensemen are strongly encouraged to play but will have to use a short stick. There are no team practices in this league, only games. This league is designed to allow players another opportunity to play lacrosse in a fun, up-tempo and competitive environment.
